Riverside Park

Just outside downtown Mount Airy, on the banks of the Ararat River, is Riverside Park. The municipal park is connected to the multi-purpose, paved Granite City Greenway (6.6 miles one-way), as well as a canoe/kayak launch, picnic shelters, playground and restrooms.

The park also features a skateboard park. The Ararat River along the Granite City Greenway is a hatchery-supported delayed harvest trout stream.
