Tri-State Angler specializes in fly fishing and spin fishing guide trips in Northwest North Carolina and Southwest Virginia. Their instructors love to teach the art of fly fishing and have instructed countless men, women and children over the years. They also guide experienced anglers to the best spots to fly fish along the Mitchell River and Big Elkin Creek in Surry County, as well as other trout streams in the region.

Outfitting float trips are available on some of the best smallmouth bass waters in the east, including the Yadkin River and New River. Yadkin River float trips are spin-cast fishing trips which not only target hard-fighting smallmouths, but also spotted bass and occasional largemouth bass.
